Single EMEA Tech representative kept by Goldman Sachs after the integration of Archon into GS Realty Management Division, I took the lead of the new EMEA Tech Team. I implemented a change of strategy from Internal Management to External Oversight. Working with RMD’s Managing Director and across all divisions involved in the Asset Management lifecycle, I completely redesigned the Internal Data Flows, implemented new forecasting models and created a new reporting platform satisfying the new Management model.

Reporting to the European CIO, I frequently travelled to all offices and was heavily involved in the design of the Information System used on the Real Estate & NPL platform in Europe, US & Asia. My focus was to work with the Investment teams, interacting with all internal and external information providers. I worked with directors and C-Level Management and, having acquired a full knowledge of the NPL and Real Estate AM lifecycle, I have been able to influence decisions made regarding Investment reporting.
