My responsibility is to ensure a close working relationship between Design Office, ZAL, and EV for the whole entire project life cycle with respect to Planning for Test rig set up and execution, budget and timeline. Involve and coordinate all other teams impacting or influencing the fuel cell testing process. Push the project to ensure efficient testing activities and minimum cost.

Secure the development process of the BFE and ACS seats in terms of qualification and integration over the whole BFE and ACS Process within the seat electric perimeter. The Version Engineer is guiding and managing the customer version within the requirements of the “Seat Actuation Frame Specification” and the “Specification for the Electrical Integration of In-Seat Systems”. Participation in international reviews, like ITCM, PDR, CDR and FPDR with the customer (Airline), BFE supplier and BFE management.

Responsible as test activity control team leader for the A 350 Doors & Cargo and Modules like F2F and CRC

(Module Integrator) Manage time, quality and performance of all A 350 Cabin Modules into the Test Rig in Hamburg. Manage risks and derive mitigations. Steer the module configuration to ensure compatibility

(Head of Version Manager) Responsible for the integration of the customized harnesses for the A 380 Singapore fleet

Vendor Manager responsible for the development and negotiation together with the risk sharing partner of a fixed price model

Responsible for German and English speaking customers at Meccanica CGA International in Italy. Furthermore, Project Manager for the redesign of the new Web Site of the company.

International Project Manager for automatic, electro-mechanical systems in the field of industrial x-ray in Hamburg.

For Image processing dealt with the programming of applications for fully-automated defect recognition systems in non destructive technology (NDT). Trained and supported international customers in English and German.
