Responsible for the UX and UI of an early stage Startup's product: a digital tool to ease health-related communication abroad in form of a chatbot. My work consists of conceptualization of personas, user journeys and testing the flow of the product. I plan and execute tests, analyse the results and write test summary reports. Designing the conversational interface and persona of the chatbot falls also into my responsibility. Furthermore I'm designing physical phrase cards, posters and flyers.

- Developed and designed website according to requirements (front and back end) using HTML, CSS Javascript, PHP, MySQL - Edited individual sites with help of the program Adobe Dreamweaver - set up a CMS website as web shop - Translated and proof read content of website in different languages (German, English) - Edited product photos - Created Datasheets for product

- Organized and managed events for international students - Coordinated between customer and provider - Responsible for media presence - Wrote advertising texts promoting events - Leading role at events - Presentational role at meetings with other organizations
