• Conducting B2B Customer Experience projects: preparing and launching surveys, and deriving insights using Excel, Qualtrics, Python • Visualizing and communicating customer insights to internal stakeholders via dashboards (Qualtrics, Tableau)

• Carrying out market and competition analyses using Excel, Qualtrics, Python • Participating in the execution and implementation of survey projects (customer satisfaction, event satisfaction), preparing presentations of results • Maintaining internal market and competition database

• Researching and understanding consumers insights to answer client's business needs • Using knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis to translate data into insightful tables and reports • Collaborating with other functions to ensure on-time deliverables and follow up on client’s queries

• Assisting in project management and communication between functions to ensure deliverable • Preparing report and analysis to resolve ad-hoc problems
