• Improve CBA regulations by setting reporting requirements for banks and other credit organizations. • Amend regulation on prudential standards setting for banks

•Prep. of reports according to local regulations, IFRS, as well as Procredit Group (Germany) requirements •Development of long-term and short-term business plans •Assessment of the Bank’s fin. and oper. performance •Preparation of variance analyses compared to Business Plan and coming up with proposals for achieving the targets •Business partnering with operational units and conducting business performance discussions •Preparation of market analysis •Control over admin. expenses and cost optimization

• Preparation of regulatory reports; internal reports to Board Mambers, Executive bodies; verious reports to Holding and to IFI (WB, EBRD, EIB,KFW, BlueOrchard) • Published financial statements and notes to them, cooperation with external audit • Automation of reports-tight cooperation with MIS and IT • Business performances and activities analysis, market analysis • Investigation and presentation of IAS, IFRS standards and their changes • Check reports prepared by team • Train new staff

• Preparation of regulatory reports as per requirements of Central Bank of Armenia and HSBC Group • Preparation of IFRS Financial Statements • Preparation of Management Information reports and analytical papers • Providing assistance in implementation of new projects required for reporting purposes • Automation of reports / tight cooperation with MIS and IT specialists • Education of new staff
