At last, Tilman is heading the private customer segment (end user) at AutoScout24. A team of ~10 people design and create all end user related functionality (login/register, messaging, etc.) and deal with new ideas how to monetize the user along the lifecylce.

Ongoing he has developed a partner network with Telekom Innovation Laboratories, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Nokia, Samsung, etc. and is heavily involved in or directly driving product/technology strategy, product management, business development on a corporate level. Tilman represents the Scout24 Group on conferences and tech talks and has a direct report to one of the Scout24 Corporate Board members.

Tilman has overtook the Scout24 Center for Innovation & Product in 2011 in order to transform the center into the Scout24 Incubator YouIsNow Munich. Tilman was also part of the managing team which was responsible for the conceptual design of Deutsche Telekom's Incubator hub:raum. The incubator supports founders via seed funding, mentoring, corporate power and expert network.
