My understanding of the position: The Habit of Creative Cooperation - Synergize is the habit of creative cooperation. It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems. But it doesn’t happen on its own. It’s a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table. It‘s my kind of working together and leading a great team.

I see myself as an enabler for a third alternative - You get to the 3rd alternative through synergy, which happens when the talents of two or more people add up to more than the sum of the parts.
