Currently working as a Senior Auditor at Daley Co Chartered Accountants, leading and delivering audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, primarily in the union, charity, education, club, and manufacturing sectors. My role includes managing audit teams, overseeing financial reporting and compliance, and providing high-quality assurance and advisory services, while working closely with clients to deliver practical insights and strengthen governance.

Pleased to share that my recent scientific article has been published, presenting an empirical study on "IPO underpricing and litigation risk" in the US IPO market. The research provides new insights into how legal risk influences pricing behavior and market outcomes in initial public offerings.
