The objective is to identify key pain points in how small- to mid-sized e-commerce companies handle supply chain and procurement topics, transforming these insights into a viable market opportunity.

As the person responsible for the Growth department, it was my task to measure, understand & improve the flow of customers and the product, helping earlybird grow at a sustainable & profitable rate.

I worked closely with around 35 Ventures from 2018 to 2020. My job was to help startups validate their critical assumptions, sharpen the business case, and ultimately generate traction.
