At Versuni (formerly Philips Domestic Appliances) I worked in the pre-development department for coffee. I researched the possibility of new functions in several appliances and their accessories. I worked on different kinds of data analysis, and I brought new insights in machine learning to the department, like time series classification using scikit-learn and computer vision using keras and TensorFlow.

I developed a thermodynamic simulation for Resato Hydrogen Technology, aimed at approximating the temperature inside a vehicle's hydrogen tank during fueling. Additionally, I designed a fuzzy logic-based controller to manage the filling process. and improve filling speed.

In the degree I was mostly taught skills in data science, physical modelling, simulation and advanced material properties. For the research project, I developed a simulation in Matlab of a jumping tensegrity robot. I utilized classical mechanics to optimize the robot's properties, and additionally

The education was entirely conducted in English. For the graduation project, I conducted research on the piezoelectric material PNZT for 14 weeks. The size of microscopic zirconium particles was varied and the piezoelectric properties were analyzed.
