• Coordination of dispute resolution process, supporting dispute resolve to close issues in a timely manner • Provide feedback to improve the quality of the job notes • Identify the person or organisation of the business who has to solve the dispute • Assists to collectors and cash application to resolve invoice credit balances, undistributed cash, refunds and cash moves when needed
