This involved developing focus groups and online surveys to understand how typical members used the service, finding benefits packages which were relevant to this young, tech-savvy audience, and ultimately evaluating how the charity could become financially self-sustaining.
• Full P&L responsibility for two online dating brands in all territories (over 30 countries) • Control of all online and offline marketing spend (over €45m/year) • Leadership of marketing, PR and conversion optimisation teams (75+ people)
