Managed the construction of a new museum facility including the development and installation of all new permanent exhibits. Increased attendance, educational programs, membership and sales to the many diverse audiences the museum serves. Worked closely with staff of 25, board of directors (22 members), advisory board (70 members) and volunteers in revitalizing a museum founded in 1936.

Worked with executive staff in overseeing, supervising and coordinating museum security, facilities and capital expansion programs. Responsible for staff of 25. Maintained physical assets of institution. Developed and executed strategic and long range plans. Successfully completed expansion projects including visitor information center. Renovated interiors of museum including offices and lobby exhibit area.
