Worked as part of a team porting the legacy FoxPro WMS to a more modern SQL Server based solution. Made enhancements to existing Silverlight 4 (MVVM) applications and wrote some new Crystal Reports.

Performing business analysis and designing prototypes for new or enhanced web applications. Coding and documenting new and existing web applications. Troubleshooting existing SQL Server reports as well as performing ad-hoc query/analysis for the Sales and Marketing teams. Working with internal stakeholders and external third-party vendors in testing and troubleshooting Streck's external website.

Remote contract web development involving a wide range of duties. • Converted PDF comps to HTML5/CSS3 functional templates. • Utilized jQuery to create custom client side functionality. • Created custom WordPress themes to match designer supplied comps. • Optimized/adapted WordPress themes for mobile device display sizes. • Some work in PHP with Smarty templates.

Mostly worked on ASP.NET WebForms sites and wrote a lot of accompanying T-SQL stored procedures in iNet's in-house custom CMS for various company clients. I had some exposure to ColdFusion 4 as one of the applications was a hybrid CF4/ASP.NET code base. In my final year at iNet I got to work closely with an excellent designer who really piqued my interest in JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end code in general.
