Director for a start-up that sells Pay-As-You-Go Solar products in West Africa. Company acquired 25k customers in Ghana and Ivory Coast in the past 3 years, and has raised $20 mln. Responsible for: - High level data strategy. - Designing and administering of predictive tools to improve company performance and to generate more actionable insights from company data. - Team of 8 data analysts and developers producing all company reports.

Founded my own company to be able to execute projects while driving by car from the Netherlands to Ghana (Feb-Jul 2016). Results: - Explored the energy market in a number of West-African countries for a Dutch client interested in microgrids. - Explored opportunities for a number of Dutch technological innovations within mining companies and fishing farms in West-Africa.

TNO is a research institute that works for the Dutch industry. During my time here I was working on the following projects: - Supporting policymakers in Big Data & Privacy government policy challenges for insurers, data brokers and energy companies. - Startup Ecosystem Analysis of ”Stijp-S” neighborhood in Eindhoven.

Alliander is the largest regional utility company in the Netherlands, providing over 4 million households with Electricity and Gas, and has a strong interest in developing renewables in the Dutch energy market. Activities included: - Responsible for designing and prototyping novel data analysis and modeling tools and techniques to better understand current network and impact of future developments on network using predictive modeling. Modeling and presentation in R and Shiny.
