As a member of the PMO organization I was assigned entrepreneur for high complexity multi-nation and multi-site projects for large business plans with new development, as well as system application programs of mechatronic components and systems in the Brose Drives Business Unit. Management of multi-million budgets for businesses over three digit M€ revenues and diverse global teams from several regions.

Based on the Trainee (Practical Semester) project at the VW AG, the system has been industrialized and proved for a failsafe, autonomic and adaptive serial quality supporting tool. Work has been finished successfully with a diploma thesis.

Project: Development of a 100% Inline Quality Measuring System for resistance welding in automotive production. Developing and adapting a software for reading process parameters INLINE into an existing interactive platform Formatting the parameters for SPC and Capability Studies and presenting them in the intranet platform.
