• Certification & Mechanical Completion Database Administration of three projects (two of which simultaneously) • Coordination of mechanical completion, inputting data, reporting, system updates, Punch lists, etc. • Working close with client, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure accurate data input in database • Overseeing and ensuring smooth handover of project documentation to Operations and Client • Produce daily and weekly progress reports for management and client

• Provide support to clients through the Helpdesk function and resolve issues, ensuring system/data integrity maintained. • Analyze the needs of the customer and determine how operations can be altered to better cater to consumer needs • Responsible for operational and technical support to computer users and interacts with external suppliers of technology. • Installation and configuration of personal computers, printers and peripheral equipment.

• System and hardware support of all infrastructure Servers in KBR Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia Offices both on-site and remotely • Engineering and implementation support including design, configuration, deployment and support new server-side solutions • Monitoring and management of resources including both incremental and full backups and recovery arrangements • Investigation and research of technical possibilities and solutions in response onto customer requests
