Key Responsibilities: - Leading the development team at Openfellas to deliver high-quality Odoo solutions, including custom modules, integrations, and optimizations. - Manage the technical roadmap, prioritizing projects and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. - Oversee performance optimization and scalability improvements for large-scale Odoo implementations. Achievements: - Successfully led the migration of several high-traffic Odoo instances, improving performance and reducing downtime.

- Analyze the requirements of the Odoo user stories. - Technical translation for the dedicated Odoo developers. - Support for the design of the technical development process. - Standardization of the technical development process. - Helped in hiring new Odoo developers, doing interviews, and supporting newcomers. - Provide technical training for team members and external developers. - Optimize Odoo modules and scale-up Odoo system running with a large number of concurrent transactions.

- Working with Odoo and deeply implementing business flow for the customer while considering Odoo native behaviour to get a successful delivery to the Enduser. - Integration on different Odoo projects in a wide range of business areas such as Education system, Retail, Wholesales, Logistics, and Accounting... - Playing with Docker, Linux, and Server-side, preparing server environment to deploy Odoo with the best performance on the production server.
