I am responsible for supervising all marketing initiatives of 2 digital accounts and a trade association including it`s members. In my role I manage a team in charge of conveyeing Nike`s value proposition online and offline and maintaining the brand`s leadership position on the market. Everyday responsibilities: employee and stakeholder management, implementation of marketing strategies, CXM, content strategy development across media channels, creative ideation, pitch strategy and finance controlling.

As Head of the AGS Visual Presentation team, I was responsible for streamlining the Visual Merchandising processes and developing and implementing a new service for our retail partners that reduced costs for the brand. In my role I led an internal Visual Presentation team, three agencies and a network of stakeholders, all involved deploying Nike`s mission to the market.
