Reporting to OH Business Development Vice President, in this position I was requested to build up a European Sales Support team to enhance the System Selling Organization on a global base, while standardizing processes and procedures.

Reporting to OH Business Development Vice President, in this position I coordinated a team of 5 people: 3 Products Specialists and 2 Sales Representatives. We provided technical/commercial support to the Account Managers all around the world while being the voice of customers in the plant Part of the job foreseen to look after our customers during the regular visit to our headquarter, prepare the quotation, support the Annual Operating budget, check and grant the profitability of the business

Reporting to Plant Manager, I leaded a group of 22 employees tasked to manage the supply chain and delivery to external and internal customers. My tasks included: analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand range of business, monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods, provide the inputs to the plant manager for allocating and managing staff resources according to changing need, liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers

Reporting to OH General Manager I leaded a team of 1 member tasked to implement a new process of cost estimation and control, promote and coordinate VA/VE activities.

Reporting to OH General Manager I was promoted to oversee efforts to drive business excellence to company's formal Quality Leadership Process (QLP), to manage and identify improvement opportunities for 4 plants.

Reporting to Quality Manager I was responsible for managing the supplier quality process.
