Business start-up focused on counselling of corporate clients (financial restructuring, debt advisory, and capital structuring): • Worked on an advisory mandate to bridge the funding shortfalls in an order pipeline for bulk carriers (delivery price >$1 bn) • Gained entrepreneurial experience setting up a new company

Accompanied leveraged buyout transactions in the German mid-cap LBO market as member of different deal teams: • Evaluated due diligence reports • Developed financial models and efficient capital structures • Performed comprehensive credit analysis • Prepared information memoranda and credit applications • Supported negotiations of loan agreements

Analysed due diligence reports of mid-cap leveraged buyouts and supported team members in preparing credit applications for board approval. Team subsequently moved on to Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA.
