Concepts for Industry 5.0 and Interim Management Automotive

As a Technical Project Leader, I successfully led the development of the first long-stroke rear steering actuator, ensuring its timely transition into serial production. This product meets the highest safety standards of ASIL-D and utilizes state-of-the-art functionalities of automotive standard ECUs. Contracted by Valentum Engineering GmbH.

As the interim software project manager, I was responsible for the technical implementation, coordination with the external software supplier, and the handover of the project to an internal colleague. This project involved the initial development of the Battery Management System (BMS) for a 12V lithium sulfate battery. Conducted within the framework of ASPICE Level 2 and ASIL Level C, the project encompassed the development of core BMS functions (Ri, SoC, SoH,... ). Contracted by Valentum Engineering Gmbh.
