In my position at Valcon i work to improve our customers products so they get it "right first time". We have a great track record of achieving exactly that. Using the Six Theta® methodology I break down the product design into smaller sub-units and their intended interfaces and functionality. Using that information we can foresee challenges and create a design that works without hours of trial and error.
