Optimization of the Austar Intranet Reporting System (AIR) - Identified software architecture of the system and redesigned it - Separated code into different software layers (MVC) and loosely couple them - Improved code quality - Analysis of caching mechanisms behind the reporting system - Created an early prototype as proof of concept with Oracle Apex. - Migrated a sample data set into Apex - Illustrated the capabilities of APEX as a reporting tool to management

Heco GmbH is a medium-sized company trading stainless steel products in the business sector with offices in Germany, Poland and Czech Republic. • Implemented a new e-commerce platform, included: • requirements collection, software selection, management of internal & external stakeholder interests • Successfully conducted requirements gathering process by collaborating with management and including sales department in the project planning phase. • Created company-wide visibility of the project.
