The Service Manager for the Mainframe and Non-Stop Systems Engineering Team is a technical resource with advanced level skills in the areas of Mainframe and Non-Stop architecture, deployment, configuration, and management.

The Mainframe Operations Services (MOS) department operates as a part of Zions Management Services Company's (ZMSC). This Group Manager position is accountable for the day-to-day management and oversight of the MVS; NON-STOP (Tandem) and AIX operating environments.
