Responsible for the Charlotte (North and South Carolina) office of AcuityCFO, which provides finance and accounting professional consulting services to small and medium sized businesses. While the firm has clients in almost every industry, the Charlotte office specializes in Software-as-a-Service, Multi-Unit (Retail, Franchise, Service), Financial Services, and Technology. Our bench of chief financial officers and controllers are available on a part-time (fractional) and interim basis.

Responsible for a $26B division retail operating P&L. • Partnered with Division Senior VP to lead stores to achieve financial targets and grow sales 9% in four years. • Grew market share by 30 bps through a strong partnership with the real estate division. • Saved $30M+ in labor expenses annually without negatively impacting customer service. • Awarded "Hit it Out of the Park Award" (local Charlotte Finance Team) for going above and beyond in 2012.

Responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for a $7B retail division. Two direct reports. • Developed full P&L budgets for 1200 stores. • Reviewed forecast with recommendations to the EVPs, SVPs, and Directors of finance and operations to keep business on track for financial goals. • Directed payroll spend at 1200 stores, flowing labor with sales and adjusting for business operations task load. • Increased loyalty program signups 400%.
