Among my responsibilities are: • Acting as Lead Recruiter for projects in the field of IT and Telecom • Gathering the profile requirements. Discussing profile specifics with the clients • Preparing long and short lists of candidates • Conducting interviews with identified candidates • Preparing brief description of the candidate profile • Managing the project documentation • Mentoring new team members
