•Lead and coordinate the mechanical design and automation engineering team, providing technical guidance and task prioritiz • Collaborate closely with R&D technology leads, operations, and business development to align equipment and product • Maintain and improve data management system of CAD files and technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and control logic • Manage suppliers and manufacturing partners on component selection, fabrication, and quality assurance

• Responsible for the design of the primary units in fibre coating technology • Full project execution from concept to product, including the design of necessary unit machines such as feeding, collecting, and chemical circulation systems for coating technology. Preparing technical drawings, product discovery, part ordering, assembly, reporting, testing, updating, and commissioning in production lines. • Vault PDM administration and responsibility for engineering documents structure for company-wide CAD data

•Making designs and determining specific methods for vehicle requests. •Controlling the interior equipment requests of the brand new planned vehicles and connecting the order groups to the technical interface. •Analyzing the relationship between different requests on the vehicle and determining if there are conflict requests and also giving feedback to them. •Processing the works done in form 2D and 3D into MAN's unique systems and making their documentation.

• Mechanical design of fixtures, special fasteners for case, lifting frames and automation systems using CATIA 3D EXPERIENCE V6. • Simulation of designed tools and equipment. • Responsible to create from simple to complex 3D design and 2D drawings • Following manufacturing, assembly and start-up phases of designed equipment to ensure quality and functionality. Preparing documentation for BMC specific standards.

• Reviewing of the contracts and terms EN 15085 • Preparing Welding Instructions (WPS) and Welding Method Approvals (PQR) • Performing audits and accreditation to international standards • Designing welding processes • Determining the method for pre-heating and post-heat treatment • Establishing a method to avoid warping • Destructive and non-destructive inspection and follow-up • Ensuring traceability • Organizing training for welders • Tracking of welding consumables • Developing designs and prototyping.
