• Independent sales and distribution partner management in the regions Southern Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa with responsibility for turnover in the value of 5,5 million € • Autonomous planning and execution of international exhibitions, trainings and business trips within Europe and overseas (up to 50% of working time) • Identification and development of new market and business potentials, acquisition of new customers as well as expansion of relationships with existing customers

• B2B account management of clients in 11 countries and achieving 190% sales increase • Executing annually 11 million $ worth of commercial sales operations in Eastern Europe and Northern Africa • Implementing annually 5 million $ worth of foreign purchasing of raw materials, packaging and accessories at the appropriate quality level in the most economical and timely conditions

• Analyzing consumer trends, brand objectives and working alongside the creative director during the briefing / presentation processes • Coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports • Accomplishing a digital marketing campaign for Dove in 2015 Mother’s Day, (#guzelligimannemden) which received 16 million impressions on social media

• Planning and executing 14 events attended by 100+ international ELC students • Negotiating and purchasing discounted supplies for projected activities • Raising attendance to the events by 20% through direct marketing
