Section Head for the Vulnerability & Penetration Testing domain, Security Awareness Lead for the IT department

Risk and security review of IT Application, Infrastructure and Information elements, identifying security deficiencies, reporting and follow-up of issues; functional security testing; providing security consultancy on IT Governance, IT Architecture and Project Management issues; managing and supporting external Audits and Pen-Testing; training colleagues on Secure Software Design, Risk Assessment and promoting Information Security Awareness; managing teams locally and at international sites.

Auditing of entities belonging to the Deniz Finacial Services Group (DFSG) and third party companies providing and/or rendering services and products to DFSG in respect to legal local legislations, local laws and international standards such as COBIT, PCI DSS, ITIL and ISO 27001; support, advice and consultancy to Members of the Board, Internal Audit Staff, Internal System organs, and Auditees for general IT related issues; testing of controlled internal environment with industry standard tools.

The analysis and realization of business requirements for Financial Affairs, Compliance Unit, Core Banking Services and Operations; system analysis, design and documentation of software elements, project management; assurance of information security and secure software development; responsible for Total Quality at the IT Department, such as creating and maintaining existing documents regarding COBIT Standards, assisting Internal and External Auditors, handling of corrective measures.

Analyzed the IT requirements an office and factory building of 5600 m2; implementation of new technologies such as Logo Tiger, Juniper NS5‐GT, Draytek Vigor 5510 Pro, Avaya IP 403 Phones, Proper Network Structure with Domain basis working on Windows 2003 Server, Security Systems based on Industrial DVR Camera’s and HID Card Readers; maintenance of Windows, MSSQL servers and the website; management of two direct reports (IT Ops and CRM Development) and project based management of employees and resources.
