Technical intern supporting the Lufthansa Technik team at Ameco Beijing, a joint venture between air China and Lufthansa. Working at the Materials and Purchasing Division on a project aiming for process standardisation and optimisation of the locations of the Material and Purchasing Department of Ameco Beijing.

Diploma Thesis at landing gear overhaul department. Topic of thesis: Process optimisation for maintenance and overhaul of landing gears (Grade 1,4).

Technical Intern supporting the landing gear overhaul shop. Development of an electromechanical tool for disassembly of landing gear components. Analysis, documentation and evaluation of the disassembly process. Support in development and implementation of process adjustments.

Technical intern supporting the single aisle vertical tail plane production engineering department. Working on Future Flow, a project aiming to implement a new and optimised assembly line. Support of different team members (e.g. lean management, process scheduling, logistic). Writing of student research paper on optimisation of a CFRP assembly process.
