360 consultative role to support and supply the very best candidates to my Aerospace clients around the UK. I had a specific focus on Quality and Manufacturing which i identified as the major growth within the the UK's Aerospace market. A further key part of my role was to not only place candidates but add value to the whole business and supply chain by providing up to date market information, attending conferences and being as involved within the market as possible.
