Filming, editing and writing documentation covering the assembly process of Rolls-Royce turbofan jet engines for internal communications. Designing visual representations of the assembly supply chain and logistics for managerial perspectives on business improvement. Assisting management with the development of operational updates and special projects. Modernising the visual perception of the assembly shop floor.

Supervising and training the box office team. Database management and troubleshooting IT systems. Administrating duties included sales reporting, stock control, float reconciliation, banking, daily taking reports and payroll. Coordinating with press, programming and external visiting companies to ensure the smooth running of operations and the maximisation of sales.

Managing the transportation of VIP’s, guests and industry professionals to film festival events around Reykjavik. Controlling a fleet of vehicles and managing the rota of a 10 driver workforce. General coordination throughout the guest services department such as booking accommodation, flights and arranging special guest requirements for various film festival events. Assistant project coordinator to the Romanian Cultural Institute Festival in Reykjavik.

Talent handling – PA to large groups of VIP’s, delegates and industry personnel. Ensuring large groups of VIP’s were organised and on-time for screenings, appearances and networking events as per a strict schedule. Organising and administrating the audience voting systems – managing judicial processes and the artistic integrity of the EIFF. Enthusing over the festival programme to industry insiders, visiting delegates and the general public.
