I'm currently undertaking a Sales Assistant role, involving a variety of responsibilities such as: • Providing excellent customer service and assisting with queries. • Handling transactions, including cash and card payments. • Managing stock levels and ensuring shelves are replenished. • Maintaining a clean and organized shop floor. • Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock is properly sorted. • Supporting various shop operations, including merchandising and inventory checks.

A short-term contract as a Stock Controller and Retail Assistant within my local Tesco Superstore, it included various responsibilities such as: • Delivering high-quality customer service & addressing customer needs. • Managing stock levels and ensure product availability on shelves. • Maintaining a safe and clean store environment. • Supporting various store areas, including service counters and replenishment. • Various Cashier Duties. • Ensuring Deliveries are properly dealt with.

• Conducted manual regression testing. • Fixing test code and then adjusting Automation code scripts. • Tested customer-raised issues, focusing on API functionality. • Addressed bugs related to payment updates. • Completed various training sessions. • Setting up test environments • Gained experience in: Zendesk, Bitrix24 and Azure DevOps for support & bug reporting. • Collaborated with the Support team to handle customer calls, report bugs, and facilitate communication between support and development.

• Recently picked up learning German as it is a country that I am interested in living and working in • Doing research and some travel, deciding that I would like to persue opportunities within different EU countries to expand upon my knowledge and skills. • Doing various things to build upon my portfolio through freelance work for online clients. • Completed Level 3 Certificate in Fashion & Photography Makeup.

• Filmed/Recorded Various areas outlining the Health & Safety procedures in the workplace, as well as how to use certain printing devices. • Edited recordings for future employees to view. • Developed various digital content for the new augmented reality (AR) technology app (Arilyn) that the company were leearning to use. This was then showcased at future company events and NWRC events. • Created AR content for employee's business cards. • Created the AR experience for the 'Proper 12' Whiskey's logo.

Worked a temporary job at The Perch Rooftop Bar for the summer to build upon my skills.

Responsible for overseeing and organizing a team for the 'Life Project' with my classmates at the time. Of which, I personally created the Logo Design as well as the Logo Ident. Carried out a Full Time internship at Ulster Bank, learning how this branch in particular functions and what everyone's roles were to make the company work. Whilst this was taking place, I was formulating research and taking notes for my project, "How Technology has Changed Banking." of which I had outlined the history and improvements made to banking with the introduction of technology.

Currently partaking in an upskilling course in Software Fundamentals. This will grant me access to learning more skills within the IT sector as well as a Level 4 Certificate in Software Testing, Java certification and an ISTQB certification upon completion. This will hopefully be followed by an internship at a local business to gain experience within the industry if successful.
