- Led Global Business Process Community and governing the ProgramOne design for BMS. - Led the global design and implementation of Meridium APM. Design phase complete (12 weeks) moving into development. Design included complete asset management strategy implementing several optimization tools (e.g. FMEA…), risk based analysis, and reliability centered maintenance, inspection and calibration.

Led the first deployment of the Global ProgramOne design for NAFTA. Delivery was on time and under budget. Werner Wenning - Chairman of the Board of Management of Bayer AG characterized this deployment as one of the most successful SAP implementations ever experienced in Bayer.

Led a global team to complete a Greenfield redesign for Finance to Manage, Maintain to Settle, Demand to Produce, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes. Devised methodology and trained individual teams. Ensured that the process improvements from the NAFTA Supply Chain Transformation project were incorporated. Started implementation of redesigned APO, supply chain planning processes to APICS specification in all material science BU's. Devised a planning and scheduling certification program to ensure the redesigned processes were adequately supported and that resources were properly supported. Implemented Supply Chain Training program. Became Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. • Supported the role out of the Lean Six Sigma program in Bayer Material Science.

Led the process optimization team in the Polymers Supply Chain as part of the Regional Service Center. Completely redesigned production and logistics planning activities in the post SAP implementation phase. Work involved the Business Units for isocyanates, polyethers, polycarbonate, coatings, adhesives and sealants. The redesign included the management of forecast, rough cut capacity planning, production planning and scheduling matching the appropriate tool-set in Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) o

Directed the Bayer Corporation business process redesign for plant maintenance and engineering. The scope included Polymers, Rubber, Crop Protection and Health. Integrated TPM practices to optimize internal processes were integrated into the design. Then current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) were implemented and built into process improvements to cut project cycle time in Health Care through the optimization of IQ, OQ and PQ activities.
