Tom Limberger

The role „Global Business Process Manager FI/CO” ensures standardized / harmonized processes for all group companies sharing a common SAP ERP system by optimizing end-2-end process flows in compliance with external and internal reporting guidelines. A major part is managing global SAP rollout projects.

- Management of internal service providers as part of a group-initiative - Creation of standard operation procedures for the division-internal realiza-tion of group guidelines - Management of the global FX-hedging of the division - Creation of presentations for the top management for group committees - Support of tax compliance for sales companies

- SAP migrations and implementation within an one ERP strategy - Global process optimization and harmonization for the FI, CO and PCA modules, e.g. Financial Closing Cockpit, Support in development of an international service concept with central service hubs, SAP rollouts, internal control system, reporting processes, chart of accounts conversion with SLO tools - Master data management (Chart of Accounts, Costs Centers, Profit-Centers, etc.)
