The third line of support (vendor) as a Solaris Network Engineer for Oracle’s international customers. Key role was to analyse and solve clients’ technical problems mostly related to one of below areas: - Network problems generally related to the Solaris OS: mostly SunOS 10 and 11 - Virtual networking, - Network performance problems, - Infiniband networks (protocols and hardware), Selected key achievements: - Constantly learning, list of supported products was expanded every 3-6 months,

The second line of support as a Linux (Red Hat EL 4) and Unix (AIX 5.3, Solaris 8) Administrator for four international customers. Selected key achievements: - Gained senior position since 06/07/2013, - In May 2014 invited by main customer, Europcar, to the Europcar International Headquarter (Paris, France) to assist in knowledge transfer during project transition.

WiFiTool application was created. It works on both mobile (Windows Mobile 5 and higher) and desktop devices (Windows XP and higher). The aim of the project was to create a database of Wireless Networks Access Points in surrounding area. The project was made as a Wireless Computer Networks laboratory tool, for the IT Institute of Silesian University of Technology (Gliwice, Poland).

Specialization: System Software. Topic of thesis: “A comparative analysis of business system infrastructures built using cloud computing services and on-premises server solutions”.

Specialization: Databases, Computer Networks and Systems Topic of thesis: "Recording incoming signal strength of the wireless networks access points working in the local environment".
