Das Programm-Management orientiert sich strikt an der Wertrealisierung und an mehreren Dimensionen (z. B. Finanzen, Erfahrung, etc.). Wir fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen den Stakeholdern (int. und ext.), um den Kurs zu halten und die Wertrealisierung zu maximieren.

This role requires working collaboratively with C-Level and other leaders to design, execute, and lead interdisciplinary teams through organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity. Tech. Transform. Progr. Managers ensure that their project’s goals align with the company’s strategic mission and objectives. Involvement in strategic decision-making processes and support in implementing these decisions over project leaders are also an essential part of the role.

Strategic leadership in the comprehensive development of all key design decisions, common goals and necessary changes for the new global and cloud-based claims management software solution called Gateway. This was done in collaboration with the global and local executive teams, project managers, product managers and product owners, including the definition of KPIs, implementation strategies and business goals for the future.

Launch and manage through to completion a requirements gathering project across 6 countries and 4 continents to gather, rate and consolidate all the requirements needed to develop a new innovative and centralised cloud solution called Gateway for insurance service provider. This SW will be deployed in the company worldwide and will replace most of the legacy systems to make processes more efficient, reduce efforts and save costs.

Personnel Responsibility: - Supervision of 5 business analysts in insurance business - Staff training & development of new product owners - Regular team feedbacks & appraisal Business Process Management: - Definition, development and implementation of new business processes - Identification of new business processes required, including process lean management & optimisation - Main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
