Bachelor Thesis: “Analysis and Optimization of Component Defects of Unclear Origin According to VDA 6.3”

I compile and analyze production data to identify trends, issues and opportunities, taking ownership of implementing measures that enhance efficiency and quality. By preparing and leading quality discussions and internal meetings, I ensure clear, actionable insights. I assess series complaints using VDA 6.3 logic to determine impact and root causes, deriving actions that drive continuous improvement and long-term product and process reliability.

I conduct in-depth failure analyses for acute quality issues, working closely with production, engineering and internal as well as external suppliers to identify root causes and implement solutions. By collecting, preparing and presenting key information in a structured way, I enable effective quality discussions with national and international partners. I also develop control tools aligned with VDA 6.3 to ensure the highest process quality and standards.
