Management of global rollout programs around SAP, JDA, Siebel and others. Focus on resourcing and finances. Program management activities including planning & forecasting, issue management and communication.

Responsibility for planning / forecasting of internal resource requirements for deployment projects within EMEA region. Recruitment of project analysts and specialists as well as project management professionals in Europe in co-operation with HR.

Project lead and management for CRM and datawarehouse related projects in France, UK and US. Budget and resource responsibility. Rollout of regional templates to local business units.
