- Leading the station in Arad - Responsible for the station, from economic view, in Arad ( 10 employees in order)

- Contacts the assigned customers in order to collect the overdue invoices. - Manages the accounts statement and dunning process - Addresses all customer’s objections in order to obtain the due payment - Conducts regular interactions over the phone/e-mail and fax with the customers in order to fulfill the assigned duties
