• Oversee the Building operation in liaison with respective departments • Manage the Human Resources field in the Company, coping with recruitment, payroll and training (in conjunction with the Chief Accountant and Property Manager) • Prepare, update a variety of reports mainly on monthly or quarterly basis

• Provide full secretarial assistance: preparation of general correspondence, handling telephone calls, organizing appointments to the Executive Assistant Manager and the Director of Food & Beverage • Execute and follow up the tasks assigned by the Executive Assistant Manager or other Executive Committee Members

• On-set coordinate for the shooting of a feature movie, personally organize and follow up on transportation and catering service for the crew on daily basis • Assist the Co-Producer in planning shooting schedule, making sure that the crew is well informed. Provide related assistance to the Production team

• Liaise between the Producers in Philippines and the Production Service Company in Vietnam in the making of a feature movie. • Coordinate the movie’s production in Philippines and in Vietnam in various fields: actor-related, catering, placing of equipments and others • Translate, proofread and advise on all written Vietnamese material used in the movies.
