As automation engineer in ME(manufacturing engineer) team I have the responsibility to: - participate to design review (where we discus the design and how it must work one station). - machine qualification level one and two. - optimizing and modernization of a station or process. - support for production team or maintenance team when is necessary.

Automation design: - Finding the best possible price-quality solutions according to the machine and process specification. - PLC and HMI programming.

As automation engineer in maintenance team I have the responsibility to: - create documentation for preventive maintenance and intervention procedures depends of the defect type. - to ensure the good functioning of robots, PLCs and cameras on the work stations. This implies periodical cleaning, calibration and programming. - adjustment of the PLC programs depending to the production needs.
