This position is responsible for all activities and business of Winsert, Inc. and our affiliates to ensure continued good-will, accountability, leadership and strategic vision to support the company's financial growth and competitive positioning. Promptly and effectively execute policies, procedures and personnel changes to support organization’s mission and value statement.

I developed and implemented a strategic plan to advance Winsert’s profitability and growth objectives. I oversaw company-wide operations to ensure productivity, quality, customer responsiveness, and cost-effective management of resources. I promptly executed policies and personnel changes to support organization’s mission and value statement. I lead change management as it relates to objectives and expections of employees, customers and external stakeholders. I interfaced regularly with customers.

This was my first full-time job working at Winsert, Inc.--my family-owned business--after moving back to Wisconsin from South Carolina. I had an excellent understaning of the company already through working on the shop floor during college breaks, so I took off running with our valued customers. I prided myself on the fact of building long-term, excellent relations with buyers, SQE's and engineers as well as growing the business significantly.
