- Payroll Processing - Payment process for suppliers and customers through Online Banking. - Handling and monitoring petty cash - Monthly Reconciliation - Perform daily bank transactions such us payment, withdrawal, encashments.

- Information / Records Administration. - Prepares internal reports and ensure that these reports are submitted within defined schedules. - Maintains a dashboard that will assist the various Head Office units in the analysis of the reports and reporting findings / areas of concern. - Daily reconciliation for various banks using Excel and Oracle insures that the identified outstanding float items are acted upon within three (3) banking days from transaction date.

- Handling Accounts Payable processes on a daily basis; establishing and maintaining strong relationship with suppliers and contractors. - Encoding all invoices and billing in the accounting system. - Preparing and issuing checks and bank transfers to suppliers and contractors. - Performing bank transactions such as deposit, withdrawal, account update and encashment. - Assisting in handling Accounts Receivable by encoding cash collection from customers and prepare monthly report.
