During my semester break I worked in Spain for 2 months to improve my Spanish. I was responsible to provide information, check in and check out cients. Make daily business transactions.

I was responsible to build and establish customer relationships by providing information and requesting opinions.

I was doing my apprenticeship for 3 years. During my learning phase, I went to school to aquire theoretical skills, while I spent the rest of the week in the office to gain practical knowledge. Additionally, I went through several departments to get to know every aspect of the process of a mid sized travel agency.
