First contact with the working world after finishing my studies. My contributions included: - Prototype vehicle development for multiple OEMs - Show Car development - Complete chassis development, suspension and powertrain integration for small utility vehicle - Interior materials and packaging studies - FEA structural simulations implementation in the development workflow of the company

Placement year in the Northampton facility of MAHLE Powertrain. Daily tasks included: - Battery test schedule development - Battery testing facility development - Reporting on the performance of the battery packs / individual cells during various types of tests - Cooling system design in CAD - Technical drawings creation for the cooling system - Template setup for reports, concerning both battery testing and engine tuning and development - Engine setup and tuning on the engine dyno - Interface material test

Summer internship. Tasks included: - Daily morning reports on the performance of the assembly line throughout the previous day - Improving gearbox traceability during the assembly stages - Organised workstation inventory and improved packaging quality
