• Responsible for associate related matters and projects in the country and execution of all HR process as head of department (e.g. compensation & benefits, labor relations, recruitment, restructuring, performance management, training and development, retention, payroll) • Ensured day to day HR functions are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Defined HR Strategy linked to company goals and coaching management teams accordingly. • Personnel budget responsibility.

• Build up and implement a new organizational structure in the store concept. • IT project member for digitization of approvals and maintenance of personal information. • Implementation of KPI basis performance management system. • Introduction of basic structure of a talent management system and promotion system. • Department budget responsible.

• Responsible as HR Business Partner • Coordination and management of recruitment process from evaluation to on boarding. • Evaluation of training needs working closely with business owners and preparation of annual training plans. • Management of labor union relations and coordinate labor law requirements.
