Capexmove is the platform to access decentralized debt capital marketplace which facilitates SMEs to issue bonds on the blockchain. As a freelancer, my responsibility was to drive and lead end-to-end UX process of a blockchain based financial project of Capexmove Ltd. based in Level39.

As a team leader, I provide day to day direction and coaching for visual artists, 2d/3d animators, videographers and ui designers to ensure tasks are completed according to quality standards and deadlines. I also work closely with instructional design, development & marketing teams to provide product definitions, design directions, use case scenarios, visual standarts for nation-wide and international projects.

My primary responsibility was teaching multimedia principles, digital video, 3d modeling & animation and introductory brief about other industry related applications and best practices.

As a graphic designer and animator, I was responsible for creating visual assets, 2d/3d animations, interactive simulations for e-learning projects. I also created user interfaces and took team management responsibilities.
