- Application support for Internal Investment Banking applications - Request, Test, Incident, Change and Problem management - Monitoring ,analysis and troubleshooting of various applications - Software deployment, packaging (analyze, create and maintain) - Provide report to end users - Collaborate with Agile team and participating in pre/after releases - Resolve daily tasks from Jira ticketing system - Daily routine use of Sql queries and Unix commands

- Review and analyze system specifications - Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans - Execute test cases (manual ) and analyse results - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Help troubleshoot issues - Projects on "Kiwideus" and "Kiwibase app" - Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing - Collaborate with Agile teams - Product owners and Developers
